Schedule Overrides

Move or suspend a chapel's Mass schedule for a specific date — e.g. fiesta, maintenance, bad weather. Changes here immediately affect what parishioners can book on the public Mass Intention form, and are shown to the assigned Priest.

Buod ng mga petsa na sinabi ng bawat Pari na hindi sila available — gamitin ito bago mag-assign ng bagong Misa.

Priest Schedule Swap Requests (Naghihintay ng Pag-apruba)

Ito ang mga kahilingan na sinang-ayunan na ng dalawang Pari (Requesting at Target) at naghihintay na lang ng huling pag-apruba niyo.

Schedule of Masses

Kumpletong iskedyul ng Misa, kulay-coded per Pari. I-click ang isang cell para palitan ang naka-assign na Pari sa petsang iyon lang. Awtomatikong mae-email ang Pari kapag na-assign o na-update.

Mass Schedule

Mga na-book na Special Mass Request mula sa publiko — Para sa Yumao, House Blessing, Thanksgiving, Baccalaureate, atbp. Kumpletong petsa, oras, lokasyon, at paraan ng pagsundo sa pari.

I-manage ang Uri ng Misa (Settings)

I-manage ang mga pagpipilian na makikita ng mga parishioners sa unang hakbang ("Uri ng Misa") ng "Mass Schedule Request" sa Services page. I-untick ang "Aktibo" para itago ang isang uri nang hindi ito binubura.
